Doug's House of Resonance |
Resonance \Res"o*nance\ , n. 1. The act of resounding; the quality or
state of being resonant. 2. A prolongation or increase of any sensation,
either by reflection, as in a cavern or apartment the walls of which are
not distant enough to return a distinct echo, or by the production of
vibrations in other bodies, as a sounding-board, or the bodies of musical
instruments.
(Here is what resonates with me)

Obligatory Bio:
I'm a
Calfornia native and still love it here (except the prices!). However,
I've been lucky enough to visit quite a few very cool places.
I spent six years in San Luis Obispo
having a great time. I even went to Cal
Poly while I was there. Since then I've worked at HP and I am now at BroadVision where life is good.
There are a number of places that I look to for inspiration, perspective and
guidance.... let me name a few.
- If would could all be a little more like the 14th Dalai Lama I think the world would be a better place-- Save Tibet, Please!
- The best source for career advice is a horoscope
- If I were an architect, I'd be Pei, but since I'm
not I'll just believe what he says.
- Staring at a full moon
like it's the only thing in the world simplifies life. No one helps you out
more than Ansel Adams.
- No one understands him, but it's always good to get a word from my
strange friend Mr. Hurwitz.
- If you look up "the
man" in the dictionary, you'll probably find his picture
- When I get time, I'll list my favorite quotes.
- Guy Kawasaki crystalizes and provides
hindsight into
things that have been in my brain.
What am I going to do with my life?
- Learn Japanese?
- Become a ski instructor?
- Tutor some little kids?
- Teach Tiger how
to golf?
- Paint a ceiling like big Mick?
- Travel, Travel, Travel?

tacos and cervezas in Cabo
