Here's my hotel (well OK a dorm). Can't beat the price though. Look familiar? It's the famous Knotting Hill, where's Julia? |

So I'm wandering through the British Museum, it's free (they should really charge), no security to speak of, kids, Asians, cameras all over the place and what do I back into? The fricken Rosetta Stone. Imagine, some military kid found this in Egypt because someone was using it to build their house. Found in the late 1700's it wasn't until about 1830 when they figured out how to read it and in turn all hierogylphics. It actually has three languages, the Priests, the Common Folk and the native language. |

Here's my tour guide for the British Museum. Her son lives in the City and for all of you BV folks, he does your E-trade options-link. She's a bit peeved that he's speaks now in the convorted slang of the English languange. Nonetheless, this museum makes you appreciate how advanced older civilizations were. |

Art shot. They brought Bush Jr. here a few months ago on his first trip to London. Behind me is the cool reading room, a big circular pantheon with books all around. It's where Marx wrote "Das Kapital". I wonder what George W. wrote here. |

I hope when I'm naked and 5000 years old I still look this good. |

The changing of the guard isn't really that interesting. What's more interesting is watching every single tourist in London trying to watch the thing. |
