It's amazing how much of London has been influenced by other countries. The folks will tell you they are a bit pompous, maybe it's because very few locals here are actually Brits. |

These guys also hang out at the Tower of London which is/was a museum, jail, place of execution, munitions dump, housing, the home of the Crown Jewels and oh yeah, the Kings home address once in a while. |

Almost 3000 diamonds in the shiny piles to the left and right. Mr De Beers is loaning them to the Tower because he's a nice guy and he wanted to show how many diamonds it took to build a crown. |

Is my hotel's toilet any better than this one? This one is more than 3 hundred years old. The results get piped out into the moat around the Tower. After a few years, there was 6 ft of "stuff" in the moat when the river receded daily. Ever wonder why they had the Black Plague? |
